Who We Are

We are just a group of people who love watching film. Since we enjoy watching flicks so much, we decided to share our opinions about our movie-watching experience: good, bad or indifferent.

We do so by writing a review for every movie genre out here. That includes taking a look at films in the dramatic, sci-fi, action, comedy, family, animation and independent sphere. Freeman on Films was created by Dennis J. Freeman to look at movies and other entertainment vices from a cultural lens perspective.

Movies can inspire, aspire and uplift. At the same time, films have the ability to move us to tears, hit us up with compassion, make us laugh and allow us to explore spiritual awareness. For most folks, watching a movie is the great getaway for a couple of hours out of your day. Nothing more. Nothing less.

So our films reviews is a reflection of that. We make things and simple with our reviews and our takes from the many movies we watch. We’re just ordinary people with a voice about what is being fed to us by Hollywood and beyond. We are Freeman on Films.
